You might know pieces of this. Here's the rest.
Modeling years: restriction, cardio, always less. I called it discipline. It was breaking my body down, one system at a time.
By the time I stopped, my labs told a story I wasn't ready for. Prediabetic. A gut that had basically stopped working, nothing I ate actually did anything for me. A nervous system so shut down I couldn't tell hunger, tiredness, or stress apart anymore, they all just felt like the same static. Inflammation everywhere: joints, skin, a body that felt swollen and foreign no matter what I did.
If any of that sounds familiar right now, even without the labs to prove it, that's exactly why I'm telling this part. The 3pm crash you can't explain. The bloating that shows up no matter what you eat. Feeling wired at night and exhausted all day. That's not random. That's the same pattern, just before anyone's put a name to it.
Getting out of it was never about willpower, or another diet. It was about rebuilding those exact systems, in order: stabilizing blood sugar first, then healing the gut so food could actually do something again, then giving my nervous system enough safety to stop running on static, then clearing the inflammation underneath all of it. Balance came last, once everything underneath it was actually working.
I'm a Functional Nutrition Practitioner and Holistic Health Coach. I've spent the last 8+ years coaching some of the top performers in the world, people who had broken down their health the same way I did, back to feeling like themselves again. This class is the short version of everything that took me nearly a decade to learn the long way.
